2. Write a post. If it's longer than 500 characters, Poster shortens it for Threads at a sentence or word boundary and shows you the result before publishing.
3. Publish now or schedule it.

Tips for Threads

• Keep the first sentence strong — on Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon it is what people see in the feed.
• Write longer texts for LinkedIn and your blog in the same post: each network gets the length it allows.
